Experts all agree the best time to plant for spring… is fall. Plants are able to grow and extend roots during the winter for better spring blooms. Garden lovers wanting to get a jump on the spring season won’t want to miss the plant sale at the Portland Fall Home & Garden Show. A large variety of specialty and flowering trees, rhododendrons, azaleas, ornamental and flowering shrubs, perennials and plenty of bulbs will be available for sale.
